I am not happy that it wont let me send electronically. I have even got a pin # and also talked to an IRS agent and she took my Soc.Sec, # but still wont allow me to send. So I must send it by mail. Not Happy at all!!!
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: makes it very hard to send electronicallly at least it says cannot be sent that way from Florida

Roth Conversion! (From non-deductible Traditional)

I started my taxes with HR Block program but got in an endless loop trying to enter my non-deductible traditional IRA conversion to Roth.
TurboTax to the rescue. Entry was super easy and no endless loop. proper form available and working that HR Block did not understand.
Everything else was easy and spot on. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: Was able to input the data and create 8606
What's not so great: Cost basis is still a mystery to me...

Quick and easy

I have been using TurboTax for many years and haven;t had a single problem using it. It is fast and easy, even when my tax situation has been complex.
What's great about it: quick, easy, accurate
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great product - better each year – except this one

IN PRIOR YEARS ONE COULD ACCESS FEDERAL TAX FORM EXPLANATIONS AND/OR TURBOTAX EXPLANATIONS RELATING TO THE CURRENT SITUATION BY MERELY PRESSING THE APPROPRIATE BUTTON!
I SORELY MISS THAT OPTION!
What's great about it: This years improvements are excellent!
What's not so great: THE ABSENCE OF ACCESS TO FEDERAL TAX FORM EXPLANATIONS

TURBO TAX MAKES TAX FILING SO MUCH EASIER THAN PAPER FILING.
