Return Deluxe to its former self

Like many others, I have used Deluxe for my purposes because it had all I needed and just a little bit more. With the removal of the schedules, it is barely adequate at best. In the future, I will take extra time to see if another program would be worth the switch.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Deluxe no longer has schedules as before

I have been using TurboTax every year for 18 years. It has probably saved at least a weeks worth of time over those years.
What's great about it: Askes you everything you need to think about

What's great about it: It worked as expected
What's not so great: Price seems to be going up. I think I had to pay more this year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Was to yuse keeps up with current tax laws makes sure you get best refund if possible
What's not so great: hard to correct and get to forms when you need to scroll bar kept disappearing

Ridiculously Easy to Use!

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years. Why pay an accountant to prepare your return when you can do it in about an hour? Love it!

turbotax14: long timer user dissappointed

I have been using turbo tax forever... but I am at the verge of bailing on this product..
1) If the free upgrade was not available due to the change in what deluxe can do I would have left turbotax forever.
2) I could not checkout logging into my account so I could charge the e-file cost. It would fail with a timeout.. Even selecting to do this review ... it took 1 minute to bring up the page for the review.. I have experienced many performance issues with your sites.. FIX IT or I will move on..

Wouldn't use anything else!

We have used Turbotax for over ten years and we would not even think of using anything else! The ease of the program and the fact that it imports the past information and the W2's from our employers makes it the best way to file taxes!
