A little confusing for first timer. Not sure on many, and the Help didn't explain clearly. Would be absolutely helpful if we can reach live person to ask for help when filing Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Quite Step by Step
What's not so great: The Help tab didn't explain clear enough

Been using the application for many years and will continue to use it to prepare my taxes. Its ease of use makes it a great application...
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand
What's not so great: Could be full screen on an apple device

I have used Turbo tax now for 6-7 years - seems that every year it seems simpler to use - even tho the Tax Laws get more and more complicated. Good job -
What's great about it: Like the transfer of info from previous years - where nothing has changed - and the ease at employing it
What's not so great: Need to work with other institutions - eliminating the need to work off of slips of paper with the data needed.

All Set

This was the first time I did my taxes on my own with Turbo Tax. I have previously used a tax professional, but wanted to do them on my own this year. I thought the software was easy to follow and user friendly. However, I kept second guessing if I had entered all of the correct information. I did not submit until very late because I thought I missed something and wouldn't get my maximum return. In the end, it worked out. Not sure if I will do this on my own next year, or use another tax professional.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions, felt confident in return
What's not so great: Extra charge for state filing

Disappointed

I was very disappointed that my mortgage, charity contributions, etc. were not credited and reduced on my return. I overpaid because of this :(((((

Peace of Mind

College-educated and reasonably intelligent 61 years old, but using TurboTax just takes the worry of gathering and remembering changes in tax legislation, forms needed to download from federal/state sites, and any lifestyle occurrences you simply can't realize full impact on. Love the transfer of info from prior year for comparison. Love the ability for direct and community support. Won't be without this great tool ... ever !!

No reason was given for State being rejected. Had to file by paper and I know not why. Paid to file state, hope I'm refunded.
