Quick and easy

TurboTax did it again this year. Led me through the entire process making it easy and simple to complete both my Federal and State returns. keep up the good work
What's great about it: Thoroughly led me by the hand
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

You did it again!

I've been doing my taxes through Turbo Tax for years now and it continues to get simpler, even as my finances become more difficult! I thought it might be difficult this year moving from a joint return to a single return, but TT was still able to copy over the basics for my kids and me. Such a time saver! Thank you so much for all the refunds you have given (and will continue to give)! See you next year!

Believe It or Not

There are two ways to enter the required information: I pick and choose or you control the entries required on the return. If I had chosen "I will control filling out the form" I would have been far better off. The alternative, where you present the manner in which data will be entered is, understandably, fail safe; but it was extremely boring. I saw the "What we've done up to now" page so many times, I became bored. Please try to make that method a little more pleasant.......James Luma P.S. In spite of this critical review, I think "Turbo Tax" is a top notch product!
What's great about it: I"ve been using Turbo Tax since its inception. (I believe.)

Turbo My Refund

I wish everybody in the U.S.A. uses Turbo Tax to make their life easier and worry-free. It's so easy to use, it's elementary and you can do it with your eyes closed. We don't have to worry about haunting a hiding accountant later on for his mistake. It covers every little thing and even has a definition for every terminology/word you might not know. We've been using Turbo tax for 5 years now and we love it!
What's great about it: Guaranteed No tax problems now or later.
What's not so great: Husband has more time to play.

For the last few years we have utilized Turbo Tax. We were audited one year and found that Turbo Tax duplicated our school tax credit and we got audited. Otherwise a easy step by step way to file.
What's great about it: step by step
What's not so great: placing the $400 in the school contribution
