Turbo tax is much less expensive than going to a tax preparer. Easy to follow

Missing 2013

I tried the online version for 2013. It left me with no tax file and no way to retrieve. I have had mystery carryovers the last few years and the hardcopy did not explain it. If you still have my 2013 return can I get the soft copy? Thanks, James

Taxes Made Simple

I bought my first home in 2014 and TurboTax made it easy to make sure I got credit for all that interest I paid. I am confident I got the largest return possible for last year.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Takes a long time to complete

I hate tax season

This is my 13th or 14th year using Turbo Tax. I have complete confidence in the accuracy. if I was smarter I'm sure I could lower my tax bill legally by doing things differently. Turbo Tax gives good advice and keeps me straight. It also asks a lot of questions that I would not have thought of on my own. I am 100% sure that I got back the biggest refund legally possible with Turbo Tax. I'll be back next year.
What's great about it: Easy to transfer last years data and personal info. Makes filing as easy as it is going to get.
What's not so great: I wish there were more explanations as to where some of the data comes from on the forms.
