Continues to satisfy

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years after years of doing the taxes myself before that. The fact that I have used Turbo Tax for so long indicates my satisfaction with this program.
What's great about it: Intuitive and follows a logical progression through the interview process.
What's not so great: This year's version did lead me down a rabbit hole at one point but a quick call to my pension benefit service helped.

I missed the list of forms along the top. I wanted to go back to a specific form, or set of forms. My "quick" method was to keep going "back" until I reached the form I wanted. Once I got started, I just flew by to the end.
What's great about it: available person, very patient with me. He was able to answer all my questions.
What's not so great: Navigation was more difficult than in previous years..

Very Good Overall

Overall, I am most happy with TurbTax. It made tax filing much less fearsome.
What's great about it: Did a good job of guiding me through the necessary information
What's not so great: I am an Ordained Clergy and the specific tax regulations for Ordained Clergy are not apparent.

The application needs no changes

Currently the application is user friendly and easy to used. I can't think of any thing you need to change because I being using this product for over 20 years, and I have no confidence in any other product. Please don't change anything.

can't find info I entered

after I did my taxes with turbo tax deluxe. I went back to check the w-2 taxes I entered. But I couldn't bring them up under step by step. I had to go to form view to see what I had entered. When I went to look for at sales tax deduction under select a part of I couldn't see the sales tax or how some of the other deductions where calculated.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: difficult to find info for some deductions for step by step
