Got it back

I have used Turbo tax for the last 8-10 years. They always get me deductions I didn't know, and if I have to call I speak to a real true blue American!

What's great about it: Alot of checks and balances
What's not so great: Never know if you got it all back - Not their fault...

The Refund Masters

Turbo Tax is a great program, the only complaint I have is that for the second year I couldn't figure out how to get my free state refund. Besides that, everything was great and it is really easy for anyone to use.
What's great about it: Really User Friendly
What's not so great: Couldnt figure out how to get my free state refund

You can not go wrong in choosing TurboTax,Been using it now for five years now, Differently the one to go with.

Quick and Painless

Like the pros and cons say, this was a good experience for me. I downloaded the desktop version to my PC because it is snowing and I can't get out to the store to buy a disk version. I am very pleased that it imports my previous year's tax info. It also imports my W2 info. The step-by-step approach covers a wide variety of possible deductions/credits, etc. It allows the user to create PDFs of the completed tax forms. (I've been saving my Turbo Tax files from as far back as 2002). I am happy with the overall experience. I did have to call customer service due to a glitch in the credit card payment page. With his help, I completed and filed my taxes successfully.
What's great about it: Easy guided steps. Automatic import of w2 details. Logically ordered. Good documentation at each step
What's not so great: Price, system instability during efile

EASY AND CONVENIENT

So easy to do. Can do it in the comfort of your home and stop and go as you please. Questions are self explanatory. Simply follow along and it gets the job done!
