I still haven't been able to submit the returns and can't fix the problems.

Make the back key work like the internet

On reviewing a tax return. When a section is completed, the user is returned to the top of all the sections. It would be nicer to return the section completed instead of scrolling down to the complete the next section. Make the back key work like the back key on the internet so that the user is returned to the tax document section instead of the top of the tax document.
What's great about it: Great Tax Filing Tool
What's not so great: A little awkward to use

2 page printing

You should provide some option or some way to select all multipage forms so that those of us that have duplex printers can use both sides of the page to print a given form.
When you do this, make sure the print order is maintained or a screen message reminding us where it goes in the print order.
In my file, adds bulk.
In my mailed returns, adds bulk which means larger envelope and more postage.
Uses excess paper.

Great Job Once Again

I've always liked Turbo Tax for filing my returns. It syncs well with my Quiken files and gets me smoothly through the process. I would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Handled Insurance Marketplace ln a Flash
What's not so great: Couldn't plull up my last year's info, even though it was on the computer
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

great choice

I tried H & R block this year and switched back to turbo tax ...Turbo was much easier to work with and the help "step by step" was easier for a "rookie" to understand. I much prefer turbo and will NEVER again make that second choice for "saving" money and cheapness. recommend TURBO for all my family and friends and no matter the ads for other companies, always stick to what is the best product on the market!!
What's great about it: the convenience and easy to understand way to do our taxes!!
