A downturn in TurboTax quality

I have used TT for a number of years, but I don't know if I will next year.
What's great about it: Needed to use TT because previous years on that form
What's not so great: Not as good as in previous years. Impossible to get personalized help. No phone number.

You state that you can keep track of your donations through out the year but I don't know how or where to do this.
I like Turbo tax but did get a little scared when it was in the news that you had been hacked and vital information was stolen from your users.

Depend on this yearly

I've used Turbo Tax for nearly 30 years now and would not consider doing my taxes any other way. I made a mistake in a figure I used for a deduction this year. All I had to do to correct it was reenter it and all the calculations were corrected and it was ready to transmit. I can't image the time I'd waste going back and forth to someone who prepares the returns for you let alone the expense.
What's great about it: Quick, accurate, easy to use

TurboTax has really help me thru the pain of tax season every year. My children use it also. I will continue to use this program for help in lowing my tax bill and better understanding where best to meet deductions.
What's great about it: Easy instructions and helpful hints along the way.
What's not so great: Bring more of last years info to present.
