My first problem this year

I normally love turbo tax. This year I entered my federal and state info as well as my property tax refund info. The latest property tax forms were not yet provided by the state. When I went to e-file, I couldn't e-file state because my state property tax forms weren't available yet. State income taxes do not rely on property tax info to be filed. Now I have to wait for the state to update their property tax form before I can file my state income tax. I need my state tax refund back for a vacation I have planned very soon. OUCH! hope you guys fix this quick! From a normally satisfied Minnesota customer.
What's great about it: Do it yourself, and it works, until this year.
What's not so great: Software glitch this year

Won't use anything else

I have tried other programs, and personal services, I've always returned to TurboTax and have come to the conclusion their is nothing better or easier to use out there.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used TT for over twenty years and find each year simple and easy to prepare. I am disappointed that you have decided to remove investments from the deluxe edition. You are hurting the persons who have small investments that from time to time are sold.

Quick and Easy

I've been using TurboTax for four years, and I think it gets easier each time. That seems to be because the software has been made more user friendly each time.
What's great about it: It gets easier each year
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Just as easy as every other year

Thank goodness I did not have to buy the upgrade! I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years and would have been really mad if I would have had to spend more for the same thing. Bad idea Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: not the same as last year, bummer
