Newly widowed, so filing by myself for the first time. The guides were all asked in simple and clear way. It was easy to go back and correct errors and all in all much less stress than I had been afraid of.
What's great about it: So much easier than it would have been by "hand"

Makes a Difficult Task Easier

I hate filing my tax return, but TurboTax makes it much easier to do. If I had to try to do this from scratch I would be institutionalized by now. The little tidbits of info that just pop-up where they need to be makes this whole process much easier to do. I hate to think of how much I would have to pay a tax-preparer to do this. I recommend TurboTax very highly.
What's great about it: logical easy to follow sequence

I have used Turbo tax for the past 7 plus years, it is easy, but the past 2 years, I was not able to e file, but this year I was again, thank God.

TurboTax 2014 - Another easy experience

Fortunately TurboTax provided the Deluxe version at reasonable price as in the past, otherwise would not have purchased. I had read early reviews and began looking at competitor products. Since TurboTax resolved the pricing along with offering the deluxe version as in the past, I decided to stick with it. So I am satisfied and glad I could stick with their product. I recommend it since it worked as always for me.
What's great about it: Still easy to use as always.

Time Saver

For someone that does not have a clue how to approach their tax situation, TurboTax will guide them along so they will understand more about what is required without going to a tax specialist with all the documentation that they will have to take with them anyway. It will probably cost less as well. It helps to have all your pertinent information transferred from the previous year, to reduce the time necessary to input everything again.
What's great about it: Provides all necessary documents and supporting information to complete taxes at home.
