Easy: Tax return

I found it so easy to use the Turbo Tax Deluxe that I recommend to my office mate to use it.
What's great about it: self explanatory, easy to follow

Very easy to use. Goes step by step through everything. If you have all of the tax information together all you have to do is enter the numbers and it is fairly quick.

Continued Good Service

I continue to use Turbo Tax to do my tax return. This is about the 5th year of doing so. I am a good record keeper so all of the information needed to complete my return is available when I begin the process. Turbo Tax makes the job easy!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate.
What's not so great: Some explanations a bit tachnical

Go Refund

I love using Turbo Tax every year because previous year's info is brought in automatically, saving me time and aggravation. Turbo Tax asks the questions that get me the refund I'm due. I don't have to worry about which forms I might need. Explanations are provided when I need help answering a question.
What's great about it: Very user friendly.

Frustration vs Confident

Had to abandon the first download because it would not update. It was frustrating because I had already entered most of the information. After contacting Customer Service and receiving a new download then had to re-enter all the information. However, John with Customer Service was very helpful, stayed on the telephone line until it was all download and I was confident with it. After that, all was good. Had no problem e-filing the returns. We will do TurboTax again next year. We have been with TurboTax for several years and this is the first year we have had this kind of problem.
What's great about it: Questions and language very clear and understandable.
What's not so great: Frustrated with the first TurboTax download.
