actually enjoyed doing taxes

The program is readily available and is well suited to our needs, (married, kids , home owner). Very straight forward and easy to navigate and all questions I had are answered right away, without closing or going away from the current page.
What's great about it: didn't take long
What's not so great: didn't transfer all wage info

If I don't e-file, no Fed Mailing instructions?

you loose all your "at-a-boy"'s.
I choose to file paper forms because my spouse wants to keep IRS workers working.
BUT, no address to send the federal return is given. I KNOW that the address for my return should go to some specific regional office.

It has been more than 10 that i have used TurboTax for both Federal and State taxes. I have not had any problems filing my returns and I plan to continue with it.

I am very disappointed to learn at the END of taxes that I had to PAY to file my state return. REALLY!
What's great about it: transfer of info was ok
What's not so great: lacking in pension and 457 info for first time user
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
