Rejected E-file Help

I had a reject return by Fed IRS. Turbo tells you will take you back to where the problem is, but only took me back to E-file again. That doesn't help much.

Family taxes

I have used TurboTax for over ten years and it does make filing taxes so much easier than going through numerous paper form while taking out a lot of the confusion. The only problem I have is that you cannot file more than one state's return per account. With college students in the family there are times when the returns must be filed in multiple states.
What's great about it: Multiple files allows me to do my (adult) children's taxes along with my own
What's not so great: Cannot do more than one state for free.

TurboTax is Awesome

My family uses this tax software each year to file both Federal and State taxes. We E-file and receive our refunds quickly. Support during and after filing. Online help while you are working on your taxes. We have a copy on our computer for easy access. We are alerted when the IRS and State accepts our returns through our tax software, on our cell phones, and email. Makes filing easy.; Thank you TurboTax!
What's great about it: Calculations, Step by step quidance and questions, Support, Online links to IRS forms for examples
What's not so great: Really can't think of any

Easy tax filing

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years now. I found the software makes filing very easy, when I get a refund or if I owe taxes. I have used it as a self-employed person and as a person working for a small and large companies, with traveling used in all work situations. I hope they keep up the good work on their software.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Maine Tax return was a nightmare

Maine return has virtually no documentation. The Intuit developers did an awful job with the wording. You can't view Maine all at once. Entries get wiped out when navigating through their "wizard" interface. Defaults get set (and prior entries change) when navigating back and forth. Awful!

excellent help with specific instructions on how to file. easier than last year. I was able to search for and obtain the additional information I needed to prepare the return. I would rate this product a 10.
