Always very helpful and easy to use!

We use Turbo Tax every year because it makes doing our taxes easy and very helpful. We love how it updates every year to help guide us through any of the changes that were made to the current tax year.
What's great about it: Simple to use and explains everything.
What's not so great: Nothing

Filing without Pain

Turbo tax makes filing almost painless. The updates are excellent. I like the section on the health care law as it helps anticipate changes in 2015 taxes. The organization and layout of the Turbotax program is highly intuitive.
What's great about it: User friendly, excellent explanations of terms

interesting time

I have used Turbo Tax for about ten years. The product has always been easy to use and work your way through all documents you might need to report or use in your reporting. For whatever reason, the save command placed my file in a spot that was difficult to find. However, the turbo tax main page has a link in case you can not find your form. Whew! That was a lifesaver!
What's great about it: ease and thoroughness of section questions
What's not so great: saved to pdf only- thought it was lost-yikes!

Accountant Cannot Ask All These Questions

I have used TT Deluxe since 2010. It is so much more thorough than using an accountant. It asks a lot of questions to locate all deductions. It is accurate too. Turbo tax is great software.
What's great about it: Fast Thorough Accurate Inexpensive.
What's not so great: None. TT teaches you

It was very easy to use and I feel confident I answered all the questions and entered everything in correctly.
What's great about it: Easy to use, save and resume and double check your information, import documents from bank

2014 Turbo Tax Program

Would like Turbo Tax to allow the user the ability to do a screen print, when summary comparisons are presented for previous year file and current year file. Also, would be helpful in other review areas through out entry areas. To review these areas in print form would be extremely helpful.
What's great about it: Overall program
What's not so great: Lack of screen print access
