I have used Turbo Tax for multiple years because of it's ease and efficiency and will probably continue to do so for years to come.

Worth the money. Every deduction was broken down in steps.
All items that were applicable this year was on this years forms. That in its self was great! Saved a lot of time, not reentering a lot of details.

What's not so great: Constantly going to the bottom of section, after each section.

You Need to Improve

The product was not user friendly. It was very difficult to move forward and backward - many of the initial pages never showed up again regardless of answers to various questions. I probably spent an additional two or three hours screwing around with your product because it wouldn't let me undo a mistake. In the end, I had to fully start over at the beginning. I am not likely to use your product again next year - I think we're done!
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: This was the worst Turbo Tax experience that I've had since I started using your product in 1998.

Wow! that was easy!

This product was easy to use, the program does a good job of walking you through creating your return. The only thing that was not apparent to me when purchasing the basic version was the need for upgrading to the deluxe version because of divorce/alimony deductions.
What's great about it: I like the interface, it was simple to use and if I had questions I could click on a button for further explanation
What's not so great: Having to upgrade because the alimony/divorce portion is a feature of the deluxe version

accurate and painless

I have used turbotax for several years now. It takes some of the stress out of this complex and frustrating job. They have done all the research and anticipate what you might need. I don't have to look up different schedules and forms to attach to my return, it is done automatically.
What's great about it: got it done right
What's not so great: didn't get money back
