The BEST EVER Tax Preparation Program

Turbo Tax continues to be my ONLY choice for Tax Preparation. I would gladly do a commercial for Turbo Tax FREE OF CHARGE! Nothing compares to its ease of use and logical presentation of the steps needed for a successful and worry-free tax filing. THANKS TURBO TAX!

GREAT! Overall easy to use, find help if needed and maximize refund YEAH!
What's great about it: Thorough review of all possible deductions
What's not so great: Seemed to take longer filling out information than in the past
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

CUT THE HEART ATTACK IN HALF !

I was expecting much worse since going on disability last year, but the pain was less then we expected considerably. Thank you, saved me an expensive trip to the "professional tax preparers! WHAT A RELIEF
What's great about it: Found things I definately was'nt aware of.
What's not so great: Let you know if something goes wrong. LOL

Easy to Use as Usual

I've used Turbo Tax for the past 15 years. Love the ease of use and familiarity from the previous version. However, the change in the choices of software package was not good. It costs me more this year than in previous years to do my taxes.
What's great about it: Asks the right questions.
What's not so great: Had to pay more money due to the tiers of the software this year

Horrible experience

Program locked up on me twice...then had to uninstall the program, and re-install it. Locked up again on another return. This made paying my taxes even more aggravating.
