Saved me some money!

If you let the program lead you, it is a snap to use. It asks all the pertinent information and fills out the forms for you. All you have to do is answer the questions and fill in the numbers. It makes tax time bearable!
What's great about it: Easy to use with step by step instructions. Helps to organize necessary paperwork.
What's not so great: I didn't have to use stock sale but didn't want to buy the Premier either.

Taxes Made Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for 3 years and find it to be the best way to do my taxes. Easy to use, done when I want to do it. I like being able to prepare my return in the comfort of my own home and have the data saved. Importing certain info from prior year tax returns and being able to import some of the W-2 information is a time saver.
What's great about it: Easy to follow screens

Not as scary as anticipated

For years, we've been paying hundreds of dollars to have our taxes done by a tax professional. Now that we've taken the plunge we feel everyone should try Turbo Tax. We found many deductions that our CPA never told us about, even when questioned. We also learned what to look, and prepare for in the future. This system is fool proof. The back button was so very useful as we remembered or were coaxed to consider things like mileage and lodging for overnight medical treatment. I am a convert and no longer fearful of filing my taxes. Well Done Turbo Tax creators. If I can do it so can you.
What's great about it: The BACK button
What's not so great: Perhaps TT could put a FEAR NOT on it's box for us scaredy cats

Affordable, reliable help!

TurboTax is THOROUGH -- I feel that every possible tax discount or credit has been checked and applied; and I feel secure and relieved my filing is totally compliant!
What's great about it: MUCH lower cost to file my detailed return--and much faster!!

I don't have a real complicated return and Turbo Tax makes sure to question me about all possible deductions. I also like how it looks for information already on my computer and automatically adds it to my forms.
What's great about it: It is easy to use and thorough
