I am disappointed that when I went to file my taxes via efile and turbo tax said that I could not because someone has already filed it (I am a victim of identify theft), there was no guidance on what to do next. I now not only feel that my information is insecure with turbo tax (my coworker has the same problem and he does his taxes via turbo tax as well), but there was no guidance in the system to help me when turbo tax stated 'we cannot efile your taxes because it has already been filed.'

Did not import all of 2013 info

Did not import all of my 2013 info from my 2013 turbo tax file to 2014. Have been using Turbo Tax since 1999 so kind of disappointed that they messed this up.
What's great about it: easy to use with step-by-step questions

Easiest way to do taxes on your own! Turbo Tax is just as efficient as going to a professional only it is a fraction of the cost!

2014 Income Tax Filing Success!!

This is the first time that i am filing my income taxes on my own. Previously my son would help guide me, but this time I went on my own and found that with Turbo-Tax there is no problem doing it even for the first time alone, because every question is asked and re-asked, in order to make sure you are OK.

2014 TurboTax

Overall, this year was my worst TurboTax experience. Whenever I continued working on my taxes, TT never remembered where I left off. It wanted to start from the beginning each time. When doing my CSA 1099R, the program calculated box 2A just fine, but made me find it in the forms and enter it into my return???
This preview is ticking me off now by rejecting my nickname....
What's great about it: The printing is easier now
What's not so great: Printing never considers that I will be doing two sided printing - makes keeping forms serarate is tedious.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last ten years. It is simple to use, very thorough and easy to compute deductions.

I thought this year was harder to file. I have used TurboTax since 2009 and found all those much easier to understand. I don't know specifically what was different, just that it was more difficult. Please go back to the former format. This year it took me 5 hours to do.
What's great about it: Was easy to efile.
