Great Return

I have used turbo tax for several years. It is easy to use. You can go step by step if you need the help or if you are ready and know your taxes you can go where you need to go and skip the rest.
What's great about it: It does all the calculations and takes you through all the steps.
What's not so great: None

Fast and easy

This is the 5th year that I have used Turbo Tax and I have always been 100% happy. I have always received the exact refund that is calculated by Turbo Tax and I trust it will be the same again this year.
What's great about it: Step by step with easy explanations

TurboTax Delux

I've used Turbo Tax since it was in it's test phase and all except one year, it was easier to use and more accurate that any of the others. I recommend it to everyone.

Use of Turbo Tax 2014

Overall I have been using turbo tax for 6 years. I like it. Its convenient to do in the privacy of your own home on your own schedule. Do a little each night until your done. you do not have to do it all in one session. save it and come back to it when you are ready. Very easy to use program.
What's great about it: Very Detailed, asks a lot of questions, reviews for errors
What's not so great: didn't ask to update my W4 (I owed this year)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy, Accurate & Fast

Turbo Tax is straight forward and easy to understand and complete. I can do it in sessions and save my work and come back to it later. It nice to have the option to print and save copies of my return. I will continue to use Turbo Tax each year.
What's great about it: Easy step by step procedures
What's not so great: I want to be able to cut and paste sections of a form

I have used TurboTax for a few years and have liked how it goes about preparing your income tax filings and helping you get the best refund. This year I was asked about RMDs for 1099-Rs that are qualified pensions. There is no RMD for standard pensions. Not sure why but I believe in the end these forms were handled correctly.
What's great about it: Nice and easy to prepare your federal and state returns
What's not so great: Not sure it handled RMD correctly

2014 TT Taxes

I've used TT for about 7 years and I am happy with it's ease of use. I didn't need to call Customer Support this year, but they have been tremendous in the past, and I don't think that has changed.
Look forward to using it again next year.

What's great about it: Used it previously, so it was easy to import all my information from previous TT use.Littly pricey but affordable.
What's not so great: Little pricey.
