First Time Filing

First time filing taxes (recent college grad) recommended by my brother very simple and easy. Got more money than I expected.
What's great about it: Simple and easy
What's not so great: "Explain this" did not always line up with my W-2
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now and it has gotten progressively better as the years have worn on.
I will continue using Turbo Tax as long as they are taxes to be done. Keep up the good work Turbo.

Love TurboTax But Disappointed This Year

Count me among those who are disappointed that Intuit dropped Schedule C this year when I've had it for DECADES! I really don't have enough Schedule C income to make it cost effective to upgrade to another version, so I had no choice but to blow it off. Other than being totally blindsided by that change, I wouldn't consider using anything EXCEPT TurboTax. I think I've used it since it first came out.
What's great about it: Very easy to enter data and see how it compares to previous years
What's not so great: Dropped out the Schedule C that I've used for YEARS

makes life simple

Great tool, I've used it for years and have never been disappointed. Seems to get better every year. Only draw back is it doesn't autorun very well on initial opening. There is no indication if the program is cd is loading.
What's great about it: easy and fast
What's not so great: little time consuming to load
