Upping prices by 50% is not a good way to keep loyal customers when there are a lot of competitors. Competitors are cheaper and easy to use also. Nothing special enough about your product to keep me coming back anymore.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: raised price and did not have what we got last year

I've been using TurboTax for about 5 years now and each year it seems to get easier and easier. I love this software and I recommend it to everyone that I can.
What's great about it: Ease of answering questions to do taxes
What's not so great: Can't think of any at the moment. Too happy that my taxes are done!!

It's always a pleasure to use Turbo Tax. I have used it for the last several, and trust the program and it's results.

A little disappointed this year. For some reason my last years return was not saved on my hard drive and had a hard time recovering the information. Ended up starting over this year. All in all a good product and have been happy with it.

It sure beats doing all the calculations on your own from IRS instructions.

Poor Customer Interface

Identification of California Suffix error during electronic filing was poor; seems to be way below the world standard for Intuit. It was complex to go back to personal information make the change and hope the electronic filing would be continued. The initial error display should allow the filer the opportunity to enter the correction. This appears to be system design issue to "just send them back to Personal Information". Not the Inuit way!
