first would not let me pay for state e-file but would not get past that page. second next day when it did get past that page when I went to e-file it kept telling me I had a problem with a worksheet that was not even used in the filing. It was blank but turbotax told me I needed to clear an entry that was already blank. It would not get past that page till I was talking with teck support.
What's great about it: easy to fill out and get ready to file
What's not so great: several difficulties with e-filing

I love that I can see what I did last year all the way. It gives me a perspective of how I managed through out the year.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I have never had a problem.
What's great about it: Saved last year and was easy to follow
What's not so great: When you stoped it did not go back right to were you stopped.

Fast, Easy, Accurate!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and it has always been well worth it for me. They find deductions I would not think to look for. Love the e-filing option. Price is well below what other tax preparation places charge and I can do it from comfort of home!
What's great about it: They think of everything
What's not so great: They can answer some questions but not like a person can

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and it just seems to get easier each time. I really like the drop-downs of exactly what is included in the various categories required in each line item as it seems the IRS is using conflicting terms.
What's great about it: Easily followed instruction of information required to file tax returns.
What's not so great: I had a virus during the past year, wiped the hard drive and reloaded programs which did not include prior year filings.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using TurboTax for about 10 years now. It is so quick and easy, It asks the questions, you just fill in the blanks! So easy that a first timer shouldn't have any problems! Once you try it, you'll never go back to your old way of doing taxes ever again!!!
