Happy Customer

I always did my taxes by hand but this year I decided to give Turbo Tax a try. I don't think I'll go back to the old way. This saved a lot of time and I feel confident that everything is complete and accurate.

Even a baby can follow the instructions. They really do walk you to everything! I've been using Turbo Tax for years & have always been very happy with the product.

First Time Experience

For over 20 years I have labored and stressed annually preparing my taxes, both federal and state. With retirement everything changed and became more complicated for me, not to mention the "mountain" of changes to the tax laws. A neighbor mentioned that he used TurboTax, so I went online to see how it worked, and was impressed enough to purchase the product and "Audit Defense" for my 2014 tax filing.
What's great about it: Saves time and covers most of the "normal" situations
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to "back track" to add more or different information.

Simplifies taxes

Turbo Tax walks you through every step. You can determine the level of detail you would like to walk thru. It is perfect for the novice and the experienced tax preparer.

Way too expensive!

After being a loyal Ttax user for 15 years, I won't be using TurboTax anymore. The cost is way too much compared to other programs that are just as good.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use.
What's not so great: Too slow, too expensive.
