R and D 2014 taxes

I have been a avid Turbo Tax user and customer for 8 years and I would not do my taxes without Turbo Tax as my side.
What's great about it: being walked thru all aspects of the tax prep process
What's not so great: can't go back directly to an area that needs attention. have back tab to get there.

Convenient

I really enjoy the convenience of doing taxes electronically and the ability to tackle it a little at a time. Also, the explanations given along the way which saves me from having to plow through instruction booklets.
What's great about it: Like the transferring of previous year's information and the ability to continually review and edit.
What's not so great: Would not let me ignore a recommended sales tax deduction. I should be able to reject the recommendation outright.

Why pay a CPA when you can use Intuit turbo tax!

I work next to the Intuit campus, figured why not try this product. I am so glad I did because it's simple and fast and I saved $300 on CPA fee's boom!

Turbo Tax - only one to use

Turbo tax is still the standard by which every other software solution is compared. Easy to use and accurate. That is all one asks for.
What's great about it: easy to use, accurate
What's not so great: didn't like having to wait for minnesota to approve turbo tax this year

Tackled my Taxes

I've used TT for several years and like that the previous year's info is there to be able to compare. I appreciate the fact that when an item is a little confusing, TT explains it in easy to understand terms. I plan to continue using TT!
What's great about it: TurboTax is very user friendly.
What's not so great: No issues!

What's not so great: would prefer if offered as a flash drive versus a CD (broke one by accident & had to buy another one)

Good - but could be better

Initial personal info should be imported from prior return
instead of requiring manual input.

Easy to enter temp info and go back later to correct.
Installs and upgrades seamlessly.
What's great about it: Easy to go back and forth
What's not so great: Still a bit obscure without going back and forth to understand
