not a happy camper

paid for online filling and could not do it.
What's great about it: program worked fine
What's not so great: was not able to aquire pin number after 14 tries could not file on line

Made it another year!

The software is easy enough to use but it still makes me shake my head when I buy the "federal and state return" and then have to pay extra to e-file my state return. Still a good product but the value could be better.
What's great about it: Familiar, easy to use interface.
What's not so great: Still have to pay extra to e-file the state return.

Regardless weather I'm paying or getting a refund, I put off doing taxes until April each year. TurboTax makes the process fairly easy . . . why do I wait? I usually buy TurboTax in January or February and then wait until April to install it and complete the steps. This year I was done early - April 8th. What's wrong with me? No, don't answer.
What's great about it: Walked me through each step
What's not so great: It's taxes

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. Never have I had a problem. Well, the only problems I HAVE had were entries I had made incorrectly. That is why I double & triple check.

What's great about it: Very easy to use, the one issue I had was taken care of by phone quick and easy
What's not so great: had to call to pay for state e-file, but taken care of

The program is very easy to follow and understand. I like being able to go back to make changes when I need to.
The info links are very helpful. I have been using Turbo Tax for years with no problems. It's nice to do my taxes myself at home in my spare time. I always feel confident that everything is right. Thank you

My Turbo Experience

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and it continues to support all my tax filling needs. It continues to improve every single year. All done in less than an hour. No other like it!!!
