Got the job done

Very quick and easy to to file taxes, the guide is very helpful as well. Whenever I had a question I was able to find an answer in the forums. I didn't like the "hidden" fee of charging me for processing state when it said state was free. I think the fee was for processing the state and importing your states tax forms was free. Also like the ability to process up to five returns with one CD. Which it was available for the online version as well instead of creating an account for everyone.

problems galore

I had to enter my credit card number twice once for federal and once for state, I thought the federal was free (included with purch price) please check

Feel Safe

When I was able to get a phone number for help I had to wait for a call back which came within the time projected. The Lady who helped me stayed with me and did her best to locate the reason for the problem--very professional and made me feel like I was important.
What's great about it: Step by step is very good
What's not so great: when a problem occurs contacting by phone it was almost impossible to get a phone number

Another year....

Basically a great tool as it has been for many years. My only complaints: 1- info from the same questions should be propagated between multiple states. 2- In my case, I had New York as a second state. NY requires e-filing. I wanted to mail my federal but could not as I was required to e-file the federal in order to e-file NY. I think it should allow me to e-file or mail as I want; to allow me to e-file NY without e-filing federal.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Some questions with multiple states are redundant & should be able to be propagated as needed.
