GREAT & SIMPLE TO USE I AM 78 YEARS OLD 8TH GRADE & GED. KEEP IT SIMPLE
What's great about it: EASY TO USE
What's not so great: NONE

Good Tax program

What's great about it: Guides you easily with completing your returns.
What's not so great: Simpler choice to print what you want. I feel like when I send my return, the program is going to end and not print.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Crashed!

Program crashed about halfway through filling in data. Lost all entered data. Had to start over.

The best way to go!

Easy to use. Seems to have the same options as the online version. Tips, access to agents, State filing options, amends, e-file etc. I did the taxes for my grown daughter, son and myself all for the same cost of only doing 1 online. I also have the CD in the event I would ever want to look back down the road. You never know when it might come in handy.
What's great about it: The best deal cost wise if your doing more than one tax return.I got the CD so that I will always have it.
What's not so great: The worse thing, if you want to consider it the worse, was the time it took to load.

No refund

A call to TT did help resolve this but this is two years in a row. As I work in two states I have my employer send withholding to both states. however TT copies the taxable income value in twice for the Massachuetts. This then has to be overridden which is not easy.
What's great about it: carrying over info year to year
What's not so great: Double bookkeeping earnings to two states
