I love your product... You did a great job!
What's great about it: Being able to transfer data from last year; and step by step questions, so that I don't have to read tax rules.
What's not so great: I did not see any cons.... everything was good

Overall easy to use and I would use it again. State filing should be included in the price not as a separate charge.

What's not so great: Not fully Clear on some state points, cost of state filing

rejected federal and state forms due to invalid/duplicated pin and or SSI#. 3rd rejection and I sent it via mail.

Easy to do

I believe this has been the easiest year for me to do my taxes using Turbo Tax. I have tried other tax software and they do not compare to the ease of use of Turbo Tax. Even with all the hype that was published about missing forms, I did not have any problems completing and filing my returns using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy compared to other types on filling software
What's not so great: None

TurboTax has been my tax preparation choice for more than a decade. Most of the challenges that I have had with tax preparation over the years have been due to the complexity and lack of clarity in some tax forms. This, of course, is a government issue, not a TurboTax issue, but TurboTax could provide better clarification in some instances. This year I had problems with my password and got locked out of TurboTax. A call to TurboTax resolved the problem quickly and professionally. I greatly appreciate the free Federal e-filing, but would like to see a lower price for State e-filing. Overall tax preparation with TurboTax remains my preferred approach.
What's great about it: Easy to transfer data from previous year and online accounts.
What's not so great: State e-filing costs too much.

Fast & Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now, and I really have no complaints. This is the easiest and fastest way to file your income taxes. I'm a very satisfied customer.
What's great about it: Took me about an hour from download to efiling.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything.
