Awsome!!

Five (*****) out of Five Stars!! I use to have my Taxes completed by a "Tax professional/CPA/accountan". But to turn around & find out that Turbo Tax found MORE!!! Deductions & SAVE me MORE MONEY than Those so Called "Tax professional/CPA/accountan". I recommend this program for everyone! Even if you have Never completed your Taxes on your own without help? Turbo Tax Program is so easy, anyone can do it!!
What's great about it: Everything!!
What's not so great: Nothing. Have No Complaints`

Call to turbo tax

I had trouble for three days. Followed their prompts and still nothing happened. Was having trouble with the mtg. deduction worksheet. It just didn't let me do anything. Called turbo tax talked to Steve. His patience was remarkable. it was a problem with my N.H. tax return which is not needed as we have no taxes, but I do file in MA plenty. Once we deleted that 1098 worksheet everything went smooth.
What's great about it: patient and a joy to talk to, great customer service
What's not so great: not really any cons once they helped me

Confident Tax's Done Right!

We've been using Turbo Tax for the past 10 years. We learned there were deductions we didn't even know we were eligible for. We use to DREAD doing our taxes. Now the only hard part is gathering up all the paperwork needed to enter the correct information into Turbo Tax. What use to take days now only takes minutes. Thank You Turbo Tax for taking all the stress out of doing taxes!
What's great about it: Quick - Easy - Accurate
What's not so great: I wish i would have used Turbo Tax sooner.

Over all steps were very good.

Turbo Tax Delux

I've been using Turbo Tax for 10 years and has been making filing taxes about as painless as it gets. It will hold your hand even through complex tax situations.
Small hiccup this year with state filing..but that was made painless by their tech team.
Keep up the good work.

What's not so great: The 2014 Version has issue when getting to payment portion of state filing

Tax software review

I just love the Turbo tax platform. Very detailed and easy to use. It walks you through every possible deduction and prompts you for accuracy and other possible deductions.
What's great about it: Super easy to use, walks you through every deduction possible
