What's not so great: I could not import info. from my investments, a change from previous years.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo tax for years. I don't always get money back but I know my taxes are done right without having to pay the large fees tax preparers charge.
What's great about it: Very Reliable, use regularly

There was one area in the state tax where it asked me to allocate the tax refund to either my wife or myself which was somewhat confusing, but all in all great directions!
What's great about it: very easy .....good directions

All in all, pretty good.

I find TurboTax easy to use and fast. I do find I have problems with printing documents. It is very easy to print everything twice.
What's great about it: Transfer data from previous year. Easy to use.
What's not so great: Printing documents instructions.

Just keeps getting better and better every year. Can't imagine any improvements. I can't imagine ever doing my taxes without TurboTax.
What's great about it: Speaks in plain English. So easy to understand. It's a no fail system.
What's not so great: NONE
