Short, Simple, Clean

What's great about it: The program walked me through every possible question of each section if I so desired and it skipped irrelevant sections
What's not so great: Sometimes it was hard to find and go back to a section that I had already completed to update information.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When you delete info it doesn't completely remove it and upon final review it gives you an error because it needs info on something you deleted.
What's great about it: Accurate and fairly easy to use.

A Clear Picture

The Q&A format ensures that I don't skip anything. Additionally, TurboTax gives a good picture of income and required withholding resulting in what is actual "take-home $" over the year. This look is a valuable planning tool.

New to Turbo tax

It would be nice if you could chat with a real person. AS
when it keeps saying all is correct and you keep getting
rejected, it is not possible to refix. I have done this many
times already and still can not get it accepted.

I had trouble with being able to enter my credit card # and the help line walked me through some settings on my computer. It was quickly and easily taken care of.

Windows 8.1 issue

After downloading TT and nearly completing my return some keyboard errors were occurring. My f was an 8 and my r was a 4 my g was a 5 and my h was a 6. Drove me crazy. couldn't resolve until I off loaded the program to my backup drive then reinstalled. After re-install errors stopped. Very strange.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy
What's not so great: Some keyboard errors occurred with download version

Turbo Tax is the best. Enjoy doing our taxes at home, with ease and if ever a question, Turbo Tax online support is the best!! I don't see why paying higher fees elsewhere would be an option for us!
