Easy to prepare tax forms with great prompts.

Haven't figured out when I want to print tax forms, I get a garbled form in Word Pad (unreadable). I can open the forms before going to print and data is all there. Not sure what I am doing wrong, maybe figure it out tomorrow. Only problem I had after completion of the forms. Very much appreciate the final review feature. Everything seems to line up in that category.
What's great about it: Like the step-by-step style to complete the forms.
What's not so great: Sounds dumb but haven't been able to print the forms yet.

The help line was awesome which resolved my state form issues that I had when completing my kids' taxes.
What's great about it: very user friendly
What's not so great: had some issues downloading state forms

Very Frustrated

never able to find how to save to be able to return. I had to redo my tax return about 4 times. All I could do is save to a PDF but had to start the program again because it didn't save my return
What's not so great: terminology confusing. some instructions not clear
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is my first time to use this system. I found it strange that I didn't have the tax manual that I could look at.

Really great!....except...

I must say I am a fan of Turbo Tax. Every year, I do my own little "1040" just to get a "peek" at how much I might be refunded. Turbo Tax always blows that out of the water. This year, had a little problem with the wording re: federal annuitants/survivors, but other than that..I do thank you!
What's great about it: I've been using Turbo Tax for years and usually, everything goes along wonderfully.
What's not so great: Some of the wording for federal annuitants/survivors....a little confusing. I spent more time on that than any other.
