I've been using Turbo Tax since its inception and it seems to have gotten better with pitfalls and loops.
What's great about it: Used for years and user friendly
What's not so great: None at this time. Can't think of anything hope I get my refund soon

E-Filing with Turbo Tax and Vista Operating Sys

I completed my tax return with no glitches, until I went to E-File. I tried everything. I have always used the same Toshiba Laptop computer for years and no problems. Afterwards I called TurboTax and Tech Support helped me out. He said he helped someone before that had a problem with their Vista Op Sys. He said use Updates and then retry, which I did. He also said to try another computer. After I loaded the program onto my other Toshiba Notebook with Windows 7, I was able to E-File. With this, Tech Support helped and I finished my taxes. Thank you, Tim
What's great about it: TurboTax Usually Works
What's not so great: It didn't E-File on my computer using Vista

Quick and Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax since the last millennium. It is worth the investment as it translates into a reduction in time expended, less aggravation, and you don't have to try to read the thick as a brick IRS tax manuals. (The Tax Code does make a nifty door stop.)
What's great about it: Loaded and updated much faster than some previous years.
What's not so great: None to think of.

I love Turbo Tax. I have continued to use it over the years because all I have to do is put in my information and Turbo Tax does the rest. Excellent product.

Year After Year!

Year after year Turbo Tax has served me well. The software walks you every point, but allows you to select your interaction with the process, based on your tax situation ranging from simple to complex. Quick jump to the forms and back to the walk-through as needed. Awesome!
What's great about it: Easy, intutitive, detail and description when needed.

What's great about it: great guided instructions
What's not so great: checking errors is sometimes confusing in its wording
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
