Confident with Turbo Tax

I hate tax time but Turbo Tax makes it tolerable. Wouldn't try any other product. I am confident that you continue to refine the software for improvement.

FONT ISSUE

I probable just do online next year do to the cost of Turbo Tax. Also because very dissatisfied trying to read the question could not find anywhere on how to increase the font. I use an Apple computer.
What's great about it: Like that you can read the information and help when you want to find you answers
What's not so great: Very difficult to read the forms and screens

I think this is still the best method for filling taxes for a person who does not understand the ins and outs for tax filing.
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step process
What's not so great: Some things are not fully explained as to what is being requested.

Yikes - I owe too much

Too bad taxes are so complicated the public has to be subjected to purchasing software just to do them.
Saying that Turbo Tax is what was expected, designed for the non-thinking public, Guess that includes me.

Another yr. of using TurboTax... Yay!

Have been using TT for several yrs now... I'm not great at the Govt.'s lingo but am able to use TT w/o any trouble. Have needed assistance & have received it. Knock on wood, never a problem.
What's great about it: Very User friendly!
What's not so great: A few differences from past yrs... just had to read again to get it.
