I have been using TurboTax for many years and am very happy with the experience. I am getting older now and I need a simpler display option. If you could make this option evailable, all us older people would appreciate it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Intuitive and comprehensive
What's not so great: Format uses too many pastel colors for the older useres with vision problems
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

In prior years you provided a list of IRS location mailing addresses to which to send tax returns via US mail. This occurred as part of the print out of the final forms. Not this year. Please send me the current list of those locations.

Rather Easy Return

It would be nice to be able to access the charitable form and insert any changes rather than do step-by-step for these.
What's great about it: The step-by-step went smoothly
What's not so great: my charitable information changes very little from year to year.

Got'er Done!

Managed to figure out a work around for the figure I needed to over-ride, but it was a big pain. Would be nice if I could have filed with the over-ride in place. It was a righteous change.
What's great about it: Navigation is really easy!
What's not so great: Can't e-file with an over-ride AARRGGHH!

could not file until the forms were updated on 4-7

On 4-6-15 T.Tax said they would email me when the forms were ready. I didn't get any email saying they were ready by 4-7. I had to go back in 2 times the next day to get it to work.
What's great about it: I have used T.Tax for many years
What's not so great: 1st time the forms were not ready. That's crazy 9 days prior to deadline.

Fast easy and i know am right on.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Guides you right through. No need to enter same employee info.
What's not so great: Asks a lot of questions that do not apply.....could be a pro as well

Easy Peesy Tax Return

I was intimidated to do my taxes but Turbo Tax was so easy and walked me though it with no difficulties. I will definitely be using Turbo Tax next year and every year here after ..Thanks Turbo Tax
What's great about it: was so easy even a cave man can do it !!
What's not so great: they try to sell you upgrades
