What's not so great: if you have one tax to e-file and another to mail you can not split these up.

Ease of Use

For an older person on a fixed income it is easy to use and get explanations. It led me down the path with ease and I had confidence in what I was doing. I was able to finally file electronically, but had problems in previous years.
What's great about it: Step by step walk through with explanations for a dummy (me)

Finally Finished

I am retires, but my wife still had a W2. I proposed the max of $5600 and had to go through the series of windows before being told I did not qualify. I had to double back and play with numbers and, finally, was notified that I could only get the IRA equivalent to my wife's little W2. A little more up front info would have streamlined the process.
What's great about it: Process relatively fast this year since I have used TurboTax in the past
What's not so great: Sloppy directions when doing an IRA at 'the last minute'

Had to reenter again as the update didn't save changes. Have been using more than 3 years. First time this happened.

All and all this was quite easy to use and most questions were answered before I could ask them. I am sold on Turbo Tax and will definitely recommend it to my friends. Thanks so much for a fun time doing taxes

Stress Relief

I have used TurboTax for years. It takes so much stress out of tax preparation. I use TurboTax's interview process to be sure all is getting entered right. I e-file, which even makes it easier! This is the first time I owed money to the IRS. TurboTax even made that easy with Direct Debit.

I am on the "File And Return" window but no instructions on what to do next. I've made my selections but don't see what to do next

over a good program, i have been using it over 20years and no audits

What's not so great: cannot file state electronicaly, unless I mised somthing
