I've used TurboTax Deluxe for years to file my families taxes. We've moved to different states, different jobs, and it's been a reliable advisor for all of the different situations we've had. Everyone always asks me why I look forward to doing my taxes, and a large part of that is TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy to use, imports information from previous year

I been using Turbo Tax for the pass 12 yrs. I like the user friendly design and ease of use.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: None as of yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years & I (not the sharptest knife in the drawer about technology) can get thru this ok.....in fact I even file my grandson & brother's taxes (they have very little deductions, etc). It works great for me.
What's great about it: walks me thru, step by step
What's not so great: no cons

Great for 2014

TurboTax was great again for 2014. Super simple to use and understand. Importing from Its Deductible was fast and simple, too. Overall, there were a couple tax items I needed to research outside of the product, going to several tax websites I use. But that is to be expected with any product. Buy it with confidence.
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to understand, easy to import Its Deductible

Always Dependable

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years and have always been very happy with the end results. Turbo tax walks you through every topic . If you have a question or just do not understand the topic, there is a review of the topic so you understand if it pertains to you or not. It checks and rechecks to make sure all is correct. Great experience always!

This program is so easy to use even for beginners

It would have been nice if Turbo Tax was able to retrieve my last years taxes since I am using a new computer. My old one is no longer in my house so it was quite a chore having to get the information so that I would not have to retype all our info.
What's great about it: It takes through each step and answers all your questions along the way.
What's not so great: Having to move my last years taxes from my old computer to the new.

I'm concerned that if I hadn't challenged the TurboTax program to NOT set me to Single and with no dependents, I would have not gotten the correct refund. I logged out and logged in several times and then it allowed me to enter my son as a dependent and me as head of household. SCARY!!!
What's great about it: sort of easy to use
What's not so great: Difficult to find Head of Household (only S, M, D, W choices) wouldn't accept my son as dependent.
