I purchased basic because I used it last year and because I do not need State. But, you changed basic and a form that I used last year was not available. You charged me $49.95 to upgrade. I suggest you are robbing your customers.

I really liked the help menus that explain tax rules and the definitions of tax jargon. TurboTax is a great product!

Easy, quick, perfect for a busy Mom!

I am a busy mom who works two jobs. I don't have time for much, but when tax season comes around, I don't have to sweat because even with my schedule Turbo Tax makes it easy and quick for me to file my taxes. It took me less than 20 minutes, and then I was back to being a working mom! Thank you!
What's great about it: Easy and quick

I have been using turbotax since my first job and it just keeps getting better and better. I love watching my refund increase and sometimes decrease it just lets me know I am on the right track. I have been using this software for taxes in Florida since I was 16 years old and have never had any issues with anything. I have always been very happy with the service I received and never had any use for the help desk because the software is made for someone with little computer skills it really walks you through everything. I will continue to use turbotax in the years to come!
What's great about it: They walk you thorugh each topic and find the best option for you its like tax preperation for dummies!

Awesome Program

I loved the program, it was my first time using it in the last 8 years. It seems to be better and more friendly now. I look forward to using it in the future and learning more about what other services can help me with my taxes.

Quick, Convenient, Easy and dependable!

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and will keep using it. The easy to understand instructions and filing is great.
What's great about it: Ease of transfer of previous years info, simple directions.
What's not so great: Continually have to page up and down in sections.

First Experience with TT

I've never used a computer program before and usually did my taxes by hand over several days. I am impressed since this was all over in about three hours! I still owe the IRS but TT reduced my payment by $900.00 I am impressed and will be using TT again next year!
What's great about it: I just followed the prompts and was done in no time!
What's not so great: None!
