Great Job

I always enjoy using Turbo Tax to file my taxes each year. The program works quickly and helps me to make sure that I am not missing any deductions or paperwork. I especially like that my information can transfer over each year which makes the data entry part of entering my tax information less time consuming.
What's great about it: Easy and convenient way to file my taxes

Overall easy to use. Hard to go back to some topics, although the review will catch them. Be nice to be able to bookmark. Maybe the feature is already built in, but I did not see it. In particular on the HSA 1099-sa was hard to get back to without going over the whole section.
What's great about it: Pretty Straight forward

Turbo tax was a bit difficult because i so easy to use. It was too easy and basically no instructions as the changes that occured.
What's great about it: it was easy
What's not so great: it wa so easy it became hard. no info on changes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years and found it to be easy and quick. I will do next year's taxes with Turbo Tax as well. My whole family uses the product.
What's great about it: Easy to prepare. Questions are easy to understand.
What's not so great: Cost of download to file last year's taxes.

Fast and Easy Filing

TurboTax is the easiest way to file your taxes. I have used the software for a few years and found it easy to enter the necessary information to file my taxes both for the fed and the state.
TurboTax has clear and concise "more info" sections for when you're unsure about the required forms or purpose of each tax section. This gave me the confidence that I filed correctly.
What's great about it: Filled in my state return with ease
What's not so great: Interface could be more streamlined.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is the Best!

We've been using Turbo Tax for almost ten years. It is a fantastic product. We've never had a problem with any of the returns we've filed. I keep coming back because it is so easy to use their service to fill out my tax forms. Thank goodness for such a great product!
What's great about it: Lots of help to make sure you know what you're filing, can search online or on turbo tax, very thorough,
What's not so great: I can't think of any
