there is hope and help for computer dummies

I was able to glide through my tax preparation. I can read the help or more sections to clarify the questions. Love the fact that it saves my previous year information. I am not a computer savvy person but this TurboTax program is foolproof, I never dreamt I could do my own taxes,as I took my taxes to the taxman,, I feel confident that all the vital income/deductions etc are thoroughly covered with the step by step method .it is my pleasure to review this program and encourage other "self-identified computer dummies" to fear not, take the challenge of self-tax preparation with the TurboTax guidance...How do you spell r-e-l-i-e-f by Apr 15?
What's great about it: easy to follow.Turbotax Program allays anxiety; even encourages me as i go along
What's not so great: need to make the program with a bigger font . dont hide "save" button on top of page

I have used Turbo Tax for a while. I like knowing that they will get us every penny we are entitled too. We can do it at our own speed, don't need a appointment, and don't have to pay an arm and a leg to have someone do it for you.
What's great about it: Like the guided help
What's not so great: e file cost for state

It takes me about 40 minutes to complete my taxes and e-filed.
What's great about it: I get my taxes done super quick

Overall the product is great. I have been using TurboTax for the last 4 years. I will keep on using it!
What's great about it: The software asks all necessary questions.
What's not so great: Some questions are not explained in layman terms.

The line by line is very easy. You sometimes wonder if there is something you were able to deduct, but didn't know to ask.

So simple as always one evening of light work getting all the information entered. After my loving wife the next two things I love Turbo Tax and Southwest Airlines.

What's not so great: not all income download-able

Really good overall

If you enter W2 retrieval info with a typo, Turbotax just bails out on you and you have to click around in order to try again. It would be helpful to be able to correct errors and try again.
What's not so great: W2 retrieval doesn't handle typos
