Sometimes find it tedious to go through so many extraneous questions that don't apply to me, but I do feel that I get a better refund than going it on my own--and it's safer.
What's great about it: I used t odo my own taxes, but one year I compared to Turbo Tax and found out I was losing out on refund money.
What's not so great: Go through a lot of questions, I would skip on my own, so tedious.

good on almost everything, but you need to know what you are doing as well.
What's great about it: simple easy to follow questions
What's not so great: nothing mentioning school taxes and where to list them. help not helpful

I have tons of that turbo tax I purchase every year and then they are useless. Why not having the same software and update it every year instead of buy it again.

Glad I switched to TurboTax

This was my first time using TurboTax as I have always used a CPA in the past. The process was very easy. I liked having the ability to upload W2 and interest documentation. The questions asked were easy to understand and were comprehensive.
What's great about it: Detailed questions and easily guides you through the tax filing process
What's not so great: None

It's easy and efficient!

I've done my own taxes with TurboTax for many years, now. I was horrified about what i was getting myself into the first year. However, each time I use it, I feel more and more confident about my ability to do this myself, because the program does the work for me. I love the ease and accuracy of TurboTax. I will continue to use it.
What's great about it: It guides you through each possible decuction.
What's not so great: There is a vast amount of information to sift through, but it's still an awesome way to file taxes.
