I liked it overall this year, but still am perplexed that there is no place to enter other payments than the estimated tax payments. where do I enter the check I sent with my form 1040 last year? I could nothing close in the help menu. I finally entered it under estimated taxes. I hope that's correct. now I need to go back and amend my prior years' filings. otherwise this was much improved over earlier versions.
What's great about it: easier to use than earlier versions
What's not so great: help menu doesn't always find answers

I have been using Turbo Tax Software for a number of years and have never had a problem until trying to update my return this year, however when I called Tech Support the lady sent me an e-mail with the link to be able to do the latest updates and it worked great. I am very happy with your product and the support.Brenda, AZ

I've used Turbo Tax for years without a problem. Some confusion this year over what was and what was not included in Turbo Tax Deductions & Homeowners Deluxe. vs previous year's products.
What's great about it: easy, simple, quick
What's not so great: questions about pensions, iras weren't completely clear

MN state taxes

I've lived in a half a dozen states and taxes in MN are, hands down, the most difficult and time-consuming to navigate. It consistently takes me longer to get thru MN state taxes than thru the federal taxes, even though I itemize. This is likely 80% the fault of MN, but just slightly better editing of instructions by Turbo Tax could have made things a lot better
What's great about it: Federal great
What's not so great: MN state taxes very poorly done

I have used turbo tax for the pass 15 years and have never had a problem with it. This is by far the best product I have ever used.
What's great about it: I always find the correct answer, may not be what i want
