Have used Turbo Tax for years. I like the fact that all my information fills in from year to year saving a lot of time.

Not Worth It

After paying for the software, then paying to add another state, then paying to E-file for each individual state, it cost me more than if I had just filed through my CPA and I could have spent the hours it took me to do it, doing something else productive.
What's great about it: I got to be in charge of my taxes
What's not so great: I paid more than I would have if my CPA did it for me

Turbo Tax is pretty easy to work with. I've been using it for years. Our taxes are not very complicated so Turbo Tax is a piece of cake for us to use.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Really, no cons. My taxes are always pretty easy.

Been using TurboTax for many years and my comment is the same. TurboTax is a great product, I never had any problems and always have worked great for me!

It only took 3 hours to do my taxes ... with confidence they are done correctly. Skip the detailed review... causes problems.
What's great about it: Liked reference to past years.
What's not so great: Hate the fact I got to the end and now I have trouble submitting because of complications of going through this review
