I always use Turbo Tax even though I can get my taxes done for free at my work.

I've use TurboTax for at least 4 years and I have recommended it to my friends and family.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow

Tax return made easy!

I like the idea of having to do your own taxes. It's much cheaper than finding a tax person/company. If explanations was needed, there were area's for this to help explain. I will continue to use TurboTax for quite some time.
What's great about it: easily add correct info and the rest is done for you

All in all it is the way to go. Have been using TT for many years -both personal Fed & State (s) , and S-Corp. Never a pleasure to do taxes but with T-T it is not difficult.
What's great about it: Simplistic
What's not so great: Terms I never heard of

hard when not able to see shades of color - think outside of the box .
What's great about it: informative = has all parts detailed
What's not so great: shades of boxes - poor - for low vison people - different colors would be better
