I have used TurboTax for the past 10 years, and have successfully completed our returns with no previous tax forms experience.
What's great about it: Thorough, step by step entries, easy free filing
What's not so great: Need only 1 prompt to save as pdf.

Worth the money!

I did my taxes with TaxAct and it seemed lower than what I was expecting, Purchased TurboTax and did them over. I got $980 more back on Federal and owed 1813 less on State. TurboTax asked more detailed questions that divided my income accurately between two states after my mid-year move! Big difference, Big savings! Thanks for a great product!
What's great about it: Asked more detailed questions that made a difference!
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

A very easy to use and efficient way to file my returns.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very convenient and thorough as well as easy to use.
What's not so great: Lots of pages to go through when most doesn't apply but that just tends to be the nature of the beast * Tax Code).

I absolutely love Turbo Tax. We are a large family and to know I don't have to manualy input that information every single year makes my job that much easier.
What's great about it: I love that all information rolls over from previous years.
What's not so great: Nothing this year. I love the new changes

The process is very easy, just make sure you have all your tax related documents available.
Lets you know how the numbers compare to the previous year.
We have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and each year the process seems to be easier and more complete.

Simple and Fast

Being retired and have just Social Security and Pension and not a lot of deductions or extra income it took about 2.5 hours to complete and file. If you keep good records during the year it is very easy to complete been using Turbo Tax for year and never a problem.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: need a place to add note on various deductions
