I think Turbo Tax is awesome!

I have used Turbo Tax for 4 years now and just love it. It's easy to follow and understand.

It's pretty good, concise and informative. Takes me through step-by-step and is pretty clear about what I need to fill in.
What's great about it: Liked how I could compare from last year to this year
What's not so great: didn't understand about being a beneficiary
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

does what it claims, is fast and easy to use. This product has saved me a lot of money over the years.
What's great about it: takes you to the deduction areas you want instead of the whole menu
What's not so great: doesn't do much for the odd situation

I am using TurboTax for the 4th year in a row,
I find the hints and instructions easy to follow and the produce allows me to Show All considerations or select each one individually,

Truly a great experience

I love the ease with which the TurboTax tool walks me through each and every item on my tax return.
I've been using it for years, and I don't think I will ever switch - it's the kind of tool that does two key things: 1) it gives me a clear, concise walk-through of all deductions and helps me understand every detail as I go; and more importantly, 2) it helps me feel like I'm in control the whole time - the right amount of guidance and independence.
I love using TurboTax!!

Need Draft Availability

The only disadvantage to this program - when I did the taxes my husband was at work - he wanted to see the results and going back through could not understand the total figures? So if our paperwork could be scanned into your program then the access would be very handy to review and copy and paste instead of transferring by copying manually *( more chance of mistakes in the transfer)
What's great about it: tax prep easier with its deductible

Great product

We previously used TurboTax before my spouse became self employed about 8 years ago. During the last 8 years we used a professional CPA to prepare our taxes. Since my spouse is no longer self employed we went back to TurboTax. And I'm very pleased with the product. The current version is outstanding. It's extremely user friendly, systematic, easy to understand and use. Looks like we'll be using TurboTax for the foreseeable future.
What's great about it: Very systematic, easy and effective to use.
