This is one of the best filing systems ever!!

I very much enjoyed TurboTax. I used it last year and thought it great, however when you add in the feature of pulling information from past year's returns I was even more impressed!! I will be using TurboTax every year from now on. I would say that setting up payment for all states before getting started may save some time and provide a little more transparency.
What's great about it: Pulled all my information from last year's return
What's not so great: Maybe ask up front about how many forms you need and make those payments before getting started
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes completing almost painless each year - love watching my payment amount reduce with each section. Too bad it didn't hit zero!
What's great about it: Easy to step through each section, asks for review if needed

Still works great!

After seeing the bad reviews about not having everything you needed without an expensive update, I decided to go with H&R Block software. I kept getting schedule C errors on the accuracy check. I called them. After about an hour of being shifted from one department to another, their fix did not work. So I gave up and bought Turbo Tax ( have used it for years ). I got the exact same refund results and the same schedule C error. The difference was that Turbo Tax had a resolution for the error( in the program ) and I didn't even have to contact them.
Also the free upgrade to another version if needed was nice, but I did not need it. The deluxe version worked fine for me.
What's great about it: easy,acurate

Easy and Efficient

I have been using Turbo Tax and its predsicessor for more than 20 years and have always been very pleased with the ease of use and completeness of the product. This year was no exception. A good experience.

What's great about it: Very User Friendly; Year to Year Continuity is Fabulous!
What's not so great: Some minor items are still not in the appropriate place on my Return
