Not an easy time filing

I have always used TT to work my taxes. I didn't last year, thinking I was being smart, I regretted it quickly.
Turbo Tax has always been easy to read and follow along but this year seemed to be quite a bit of a difficulty to me.

Not sure if its due to health laws changing or my job situation changing but each time I entered answers to the questions asked, the system seemed to get bogged down. I became locked out EACH time I tried to re enter the program and had to re register My Username and password even thought it was staying the same.
not all of the prompts appeared when needed, I was unable to locate the correct forms as quickly as I have in the past. A few times I was locked out of TURBO TAX for 15 minutes or longer.

What's great about it: .Easy access sometimes
What's not so great: Differing figures , never the same questions asked
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We have been using TurboTax for years and highly recommend the product ... it has seen us through very complex corporate tax and business ownership scenarios with multiple properties to our relatively simple semi-retired lifestyle today.
What's great about it: walked us through every possible scenario
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

If you can read, you can use Turbo Tax

I've been a customer of Intuit for many years. During this time I have seen them constantly strive to improve their product.. Turbo Tax is the most user friendly product that I have ever used. They take you step by step through every line on your tax forms. If there;s a line item that you aren't sure how to answer, there are help topics that you can read to understand what you need to do. If that isn't enough you can contact a tax expert to assist you. At the end of your taxes, before submitting them they go back & check to make sure that everything is filled out correctly. Turbo Tax also does a risk of audit assessment. I highly recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who wants to be sure that they are getting the best tax program available.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very user friendly
What's not so great: I can't think of one

Much improved from last year

Last year navigating my Federal return was much harder. This year everything was easy. Instructions were clear. Transfer of information from last year's return was seamless. It was quick and easy. Unfortunately I still owe additional taxes. Will definitely use again next year

Easy As Pie!

I used to hate filing taxes, until I bought my first Turbo Tax Software over ten years ago. Now a horrible task is a pleasure. All you need are your documents and time. Really, the software is so simple to use, I can not stress enough the ease and simplicity.
We even had our identity stolen and some thief filed a fake tax return a few years before. Turbo tax and the IRS helped us and we filed manually that year, a pain, but that is what will happen. Turbo Tax is a must!!!

What's great about it: Using Turbo Tax for over ten years gives me the satisfaction of knowing my tax filing is accurate and complete!
What's not so great: There are no cons for me, only pros!

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years in a row with no catches. It is straight forward and covers everything we have to deduct. The price is also reasonable as compared to a CPA.

I've used Turbo Tax for about 15 years now. It's simple and easy to use. I always double check the 1040A before submitting and it's always correct.
What's great about it: Easy to use, makes filing simple
What's not so great: Have to buy this every year. The government should pay for it since it makes their work more efficient
