I appreciate the refund

Previous years of using the software gave me higher expectations than what was actually delivered. Usually I can finish my taxes in less than an hour. With your programs lock ups and buttons that don't actually take you anywhere it has greatly prolonged the process. The help menu was unable to answer my questions so I had to use trial and error system to navigate. Retraced my stepss many time to be able to get all the entries where they needed to be. I hope you can do much better next year. I usually don't have this much trouble.
What's great about it: Calculated my return and printed everyting I needed as advertised.
What's not so great: I had a lot of trouble getting to and from screens. Directions were not as clear and some didn't even finish. Lock ups

Simple tax return so TurboTax is great for getting it done quickly.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax since the last ten years. Doing my taxes has always been a breeze with Turbo Tax. Highly recommended.

why would anyone have to provide a routing number of any kind when the option of sending a check for a refund was checked on the forms?
this is ridiculous! what a crazy thing to ask! none of yours or anyone else's business. too much cyber badness around to provide anything like that.

It is easy to follow. However when you need something explained, it is difficult to find the information to answer your questions.

Dissappoined

I have used Turbo Tax since 2009. with no problems.
I have recommend it highly to all my friends and coworkers.
This year I was very disapponted. I was not able to print
copies to mail of my friends taxes that I prepared for her.
I had to uninstall and reinstall several time and was not able to
print the forms correctly. So very disappointed.

Good program. Like the way it keeps data that does not change from yr to yr so I do not have to re-key it into program again. also nice to have copies saved on my computer.
What's great about it: I like he way program walks one through each step and allows you to go back and review previous entries.
What's not so great: Would be nice if it calculated some items to let me know I am not eligible for a credit based on my income.
